Extension upto Feb 27, 2019 for Submission of Full Paper For the Happy Childhood Conference

In view of  the prevailing situation and internet-blockage in major parts of the Valley, it has been decided to extend submission deadline upto Feb 27, 2019. All the participants whose abstracts have been selected are informed that after Feb 27, 2019 no full paper be considered.
